Never Buy WIPRO Products - Review of WIPRO LED GARNET Bulbs

In month of October I buy 2 GARNET bulbs of WIPRO to check their customer service quality and to check the quality of product as some of readers complaining that this company buy very cheap product from the local market and resale this product to their customers at very expensive costs.

So I decided to buy their garnet bulbs 14 W from AMAZON .The cost of one bulb is around Rs.600. The time when i buy these bulbs there was discounted deals on every item So i got one LED bulb at Rs.395 When i received this product i was very surprise with these bulbs quality.

As the company promise that their 14 W LED bulbs replaces 23 W CFL. Yes there was no doubt one LED bulb replaced Two 14 W CFL in my room.I was very satisfy with the quality of bulbs but in the month of DEC, OR after 2 Months of buying the bulbs they were not working and one think i was noticed that both bulbs stop working with the difference of 7 days.Some of my friends said that u can buy 8-10 LED bulbs in this cost.

After this i  contact AMAZON customer service center and i told whole problem with these bulbs but they told me various excuses like their policies and in last they cut my phone without solving my problem

After this i tried to contact at - 1800-425-1969 about 10-20 times each day of DECEMBER but they never attend any call and also i send several emails at - feedback.wcc@wipro.com 

Warranty procedure written at AMAZON to attract customers






At last i contact CONSUMER COURT helpline and they told me that to send a letter to WIPRO headquarters. For sending this letter there was  Rs 150 courier charge.After this lets they are ready for replacing bulbs and say me to send these bulbs to their headquarters which will cost around Rs.200 for courier service.Now i pay Rs. 350 for replacing my bulbs or pay the bulb cost for claiming two bulbs warranty

If you want to buy best quality bulbs then i suggest PHILIPS,SYSKA and havells. I uses syska led about 2 years and their product quality is awesome and uses Philips trimmer about 3 years.i think these three brands provides best quality of product and best customer service than the fraud wipro
