In the month of Nov 2015, I started a business of  domain flipping and buy a domain from GoDaddy auction and do a big mistake in buying that domain. The name of the domain name was www.jobslueth.com that has Page Rank of 4.Now you think that what's the problem with me that I already buy the best domain with high page rank and need not worry about this.I thought that thing also and its was  not the subject of worry but it is when I read somewhere about tips for buying expired domains.So let us discuss these points that we must consider:-

Always check domain age while buying a domain because more old domains are considered best quality domains and they get the faster concentration of google.SO you must check domain age before buying.


Always Check Adsense Ban When Buying an Expired Domain:-

The Various website provides the service of checking of Adsense ban.So every time you must check for the Adsense ban.For checking google Adsense ban just googled for following words:-

You must check page rank very carefully means check whether the page rank is real or not.Don't buy domains that have more than 5 PR.Mostly these domain has fake PR or has backlink for a short period of time and after selling these domains the seller removes links from the high PR websites.

Google updated PR after 3-6 months so allocation and deallocation of PR takes place by Google.Therefor PR tag will be deallocated by google in case of fake backlinks,no backlinks and backlinks from bad websites
