It's a very bad program in which we surf a website through a third party website like easyhitsforu.com and these type of websites credited with one point or two points that mean our website also get one hit for 10-20 sec..Traffic exchange can be of two types automatic and manual.In automatic there is no need of user interaction or they are based on automatic timer script means when you start traffic exchange program then there is no need for loading the next website.The timer script loads the next website when the time sets to zero...But in manual case user must click on a button to visit the next website.But now question arises in your mind that:-
 "how it is bad for blogs and websites " 
The answer is very clear that these type of methods leads higher bounce rate so, they are count in shortcut methods or fake methods...and one another reason is that google identifies these third party URL by which a huge traffic is coming , with constant bounce rate. Google's business runs on trust so,Google never allows these shortcut techniques and these techniques never counts in organic traffic these are just only forceful and undesirable traffic.

So,Never use traffic exchange methods to boost up the traffic on your website, it will surely ban you on Google SERP's as well as Adsense also

Say NO! to Link farming and link exchange:-

Link exchange is a program in which two or more websites share their links on their websites for increasing the no. of backlinks.For example, you add my website link on your website and me also add your website link on my website so this process is called link exchange.But now Google can easily identify these stupid tricks

Today this type of methods are very popular for getting hits to blogs because these techniques are very easy and very cheap.If you make some backlinks with adult websites then it will destroy Google's trust and surely you will be banned from Adsense because Google assumes your website as an adult content website because you have relations with adult websites to getting hits and also never post any adult related content on your website if you use Adsense otherwise you will be banned.

Don't be a copycat:-

Many bloggers copy the content from many websites due to their lazy nature and greedy nature but they never know google can easily catch them and permanently banned their content on SERP's.Its a very bad habit that you stole a person's hard work.

Never Upload any copyright image and video:-

Video and image that you upload on your website would not be a copyright material otherwise you destroy google trust for your website.

Never ignore spelling and tense errors:-

Ignoring these errors means google surely ignores your website as your content does not reflect correctness and understandability and your content is full of spell errors.You can use Grammarly tool for eliminating these type of errors.
